My Story
It all started in 2017 with a pottery class at the Volkshochschule Kreuzberg. I was actually a graphic designer — but when I first had clay on the wheel, I knew: this is it. This material that takes shape under your hands, that lives and breathes.
A year later, I quit my job and opened the studio on Oranienstraße. It was tiny — a courtyard room with a second-hand wheel and a kiln I took over from a potter in Neukölln.
Today the studio is my home. Every morning I stand at the wheel, and every piece that comes to life here carries the traces of my hands. No molds, no mass production. Originals for everyday life — that's my promise.
From Idea to Original
Every piece goes through four steps — and each one happens by hand.
Throwing
The clay is shaped on the wheel — the heart of every piece.
Drying
2–3 days drying slowly in the air before the first firing.
Glazing
I develop every glaze myself. The colors only emerge in the kiln.
Firing
Fired twice at over 1,200°C — for strength and vibrant colors.
What I Stand For
Craftsmanship
Every piece is made on the wheel. No molds, no machines. Just clay, water, and my hands.
Sustainability
I use regional clay and develop my glazes myself — free of lead and cadmium. Packed in recycled paper.
Honesty
Every piece has small irregularities. That's not a flaw — it's proof that a human made it.
Ready for your original?
Every piece is handmade and waiting to become part of your daily life.
